We achieved an outstanding 99.8% defect-free production run for a prominent brand in the winter sports sector, specializing in snowboards. By leveraging advanced design integration and rapid prototyping techniques, we managed to decrease product development cycles by 40%. Furthermore, our custom mold solutions for electric scooters significantly improved durability and thermal resistance, while we consistently met tight deadlines across more than 50 client projects.

JAJAKING is a mould factory that specializes in mold manufacturing and industrial product design, focusing on high-quality products like Apline skis, bamboo skis, snowboards, fishing equipment, and electric scooters. Our offerings are primarily exported overseas and have received positive feedback from numerous satisfied customers. SAM initially created rotational molds for items such as fishing kayaks and cooler boxes. Following the advice of international clients, he shifted focus towards the development of innovative sporting goods. We are committed to delivering exceptional products with heart, ensuring they are both lightweight and functional.

Bamboo snowboards and Apline skis OEM
We incorporate bamboo cores, bamboo veneers, sustainable epoxy resin (Entropy Bio Resin), sintered bases, and 360 PU sidewalls in our products. If you are searching for short 70cm, 75cm, or 80cm alpine skis or skiblades, you will often come across options for entry-level kids' skis and specialty trick skis, as standard adult downhill ski brands typically do not manufacture or stock these shorter sizes.
